A lot of disabled adults are put in varying levels of home for their care and Medical pays for this. I have family who was in this difficult position, and it came to the point where the parent was too old themselves to take care of this other person. I don't know if that's an option for you, but you should not have to be concerned about who will care for her indefinitely.
